General Questions

1. What is Little Toy Cars?

Little Toy Cars is an online marketplace for model and diecast TOY cars ONLY that connects buyers and sellers (collectors), allowing you to buy and sell a wide variety of diecast and other TOY car items easily and securely.

2. How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the “Registration” button on our homepage and fill out the registration form. You’ll need to provide some basic information, including your name and surname, email address, and a password.

3. Is there a fee to use the platform?

While creating an account is free, we charge a small fee for each successful sale made on our platform. For detailed information on fees, please refer to our Terms and Conditions

Buying Items

1. How do I search for items?

You can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific items or browse categories or brands to find what you’re looking for.

2. How do I make a purchase?

Once you find an item you want to buy, click on it for more details. Click the “Add to Cart” button, and when you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards via a secure 3rd party payment service PayFast. Check our payment section for the full list of accepted methods.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account under “Order History.”


Selling Items

1. How do I list an item for sale?

To list an item, log into your seller's account and click on “Add New Product” Follow the prompts to enter details about the item, including its description, price, and photos.

2. What are the guidelines for listing items?

All items must comply with our policies. Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and items that violate intellectual property rights. For more information, please refer to our Seller Policy page.

3. How do I set my prices?

As a seller, you have full control over your pricing. Research similar items on our platform to help you set a competitive price.

4. What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

If your item doesn’t sell within a certain period, you can relist it or lower the price to attract buyers. You can also choose to remove it from your listings.


Returns and Refunds

1. What is the return policy?

Return policies are determined by individual sellers. Be sure to review the seller’s return policy before making a purchase. For more information, check our Return Policy page.

2. How do I request a return?

If you wish to return an item, contact the seller directly through your account to initiate the return process. Follow the seller’s instructions for returning the item.
