Welcome to our Seller Policy page! As a seller on our platform, it’s important to understand and follow our guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please read the following policies carefully:

1. Seller Eligibility

• Sellers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Listing Items

• All items must be accurately described and include clear photos.
• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal substances, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Sellers must adhere to local laws and regulations when listing items.
• Before items can be listed, sellers need to verify the Seller's account and activate the FREE Seller Package (6%) subscription package from the seller dashboard.

3. Pricing, Fees and Fines

• Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices. Be fair and competitive.
• Any applicable taxes or shipping fees must be clearly stated in the listing.
• A successful sale fee of 6% is charged on all sales. (e.g. If an item sells for R100, a 6% fee of R6.00 will be deducted from the item price and the seller will receive R94.00 (R100 - R6.00 =R94.00) on payout request). 
• Sellers will be fined a fee of R10 per listing for items listed that is not allowed or approved by the guidelines of this platform. Abusing the platform and not adhering to the rules and guidelines of this platform can lead to suspension and/or banning of the Seller's account.  

4. Order Processing

• Sellers must prepare, pack and ship items within the specified timeframe noted in the listing.
• Communication with buyers is essential. Inform them promptly about any delays or issues.

5. Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for choosing a reliable shipping method.
• Provide tracking information to buyers as soon as the item has shipped and update the order status to SHIPPED.
• Once orders are delivered, sellers need to update the status of the order to DELIVERED to conclude the sale.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are solely determined by each seller for each item listed.
• Clearly state your return policy in your listings. This should include:
  • Timeframe for returns
  • Condition items must be in for a return
  • Any restocking fees (if applicable)
• Handle return requests professionally and respond promptly.

7. Customer Service

• Aim to provide exceptional customer service. Address buyer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.
• Update the order status to keep the order process easy and transparent.

8. Performance Standards

• Sellers are expected to maintain high ratings and positive feedback.
• Monitor your performance metrics regularly and strive for improvement.

9. Violations

• Any violations of this policy may result in fines, account suspension or termination.
• Report any suspicious activity or violations to our support team immediately.
• Communication between buyers and sellers are regularly monitored and ANY offline/backdoor sales of items listed on this platform are violations of this platform and may result in fines, account suspension or termination.

10. Allowed/Prohibited items

• Any scale TOY car that is smaller than a human fit toy/pedal car is allowed (e.g. 1/12, 1/16, 1/18, 1/24, 1/32, 1/43, 1/55, 1/64, 1/72, Micro Machines etc.).
• All diecast/zamac/resin or plastic toy cars are allowed.
• Scalextric cars and relating types are allowed.
• NO battery operated human driven cars or pedal cars allowed.
• NO remote controlled cars/planes/boats or drones are allowed at this time on this platform.

11. Changes to Policy

• We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
